GABROVACKA STREET UNDER THE INSPECTION OF COMMUNAL INSPECTION

Communal inspection of the Administration of Palilula Municipality is, according to the citizens appeal from Gabrovacka street, went out to the terrain on June 7 2012 to check the pilling of big quantity of garbage. According to the words of Snezana Zivkovic communal inspector of Palilula Municipality, in part of the building of former Angropromet in Gabrovacka street bb, next to Bus round point, at the parcel of cadastre number 9999, are found the dead animals together with big quantity of garbage and terrible smell. For the fact that the safety of this population is jeopardized especially of children who use the surrounding yards, urgently is directed demand for the prompt intervention to the Administration office for the estate and inspection affairs of the City of Nis and Public enterprise Mediana. The Administration of Palilula Municipality, according to the words of Nenad Pavlovic, coordinator of communal inspection, will do everything in its jurisdiction to help the citizens in their demands. This problem is also in the cooperation with authorized services in the city and very soon solved.

The residents in Gabrovacka street say that they are afraid for their health and the health of their children. This part of the city was once compared to Dedinje in Belgrade. Now it is very much different. According to their words, the people living in this part of Palilula are forgotten. No one takes care of parking space, smaller streets are not even washed regularly. Hygiene conditions in this part of the building with crashed shop windows are in bad condition as well as the space around the building. They say that the object where was former the location for the supermarket, for moths has been used as a toilet. However, who is authorized for cleaning and maintaining of this ruined object is still unknown. According to the information of communal inspection first the object owner will be determined, and then required measures will be taken.
